Ingredients:

1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless beef such as shoulder steak, rib steak or chuck eye
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
4 (12-inch) metal skewers*

Directions:

Cut the beef into 1 1/2 to 1 3/4
